Audience Research and Profiling

This is data from the website Pearl & Dean which shows the different type of people who went to watch Taken.


The data shows that the typical audience member who went to watch Taken was in between the ages 15-24. This shows that Taken appealed to mostly young people, it also shows that people below the ages of 15 were not the target audience because of the 15 age rating. From the data table we can also tell that the target audience was men due to the fact that 54% of the audience was men. The data table also tells us that most of the viewers are working class.
